If your risk assessment shows you are very likely to have symptomatic gallstones, you can:
- See your GP for a referral if you prefer or if it is required for your insurance
- Or contact us directly for an appointment
The below diagram sets out a simple step-by-step process for what to expect when you come to Auckland Gallbladder Surgery:
- We will arrange blood tests and diagnostic imaging with you before your appointment with us
- We aim to provide a diagnosis at that first visit and discuss treatment options with you
- If surgery is required we will provide full post-surgery support through Auckland Gallbladder Surgery and a full report is provided to your GP upon your request
